Why My Heart Goes out to My Movie Idol
I am an avid movie fan. Watching movies makes me really happy. I make an effort to save enough money so that I can have the means to watch the movies that I like, especially those that star Melissa Ricks, who happens to be my favorite movie actress. My movie idol does not make a lot of movies anymore. Since she matured into adult roles, she has become very choosy with the movies that she does. She has not been as active in show business as she used to be. That’s why I follow her on twitter. Just recently, I discovered that Melissa Ricks has been experiencing some twitter problems. It seems that she is upset about some things and some people. For the few days that she has been interviewed, she keeps talking about her frustrations as a movie star, saying that her life has not been all about the good stuff. According to her, being famous also has its downside and she seems to have so many regrets in life. I feel so sad now, realizing that all this time, my movie idol has been living a very lonely life.
The Future of Gaming
In my opinion online games are the future of gaming. Single player content in most games is still pretty good, but once you’ve completed it the enthusiasm to do it a second time is lacking. Many game developers now spend more time on the online content of the game to make it as interesting and captivating as possible, leaving the single player game itself out on a limb, as many games choose to sell themselves based only on their strong online reputation. What makes online games so addictive is the human to human interaction, the uncertainty if you will. The fact that you are playing with or against another human being adds a whole new level of strategy and depth to the game, one that frankly can’t be matched by the bots in single player games. It is for this reason alone that I believe online games will be the place to be in modern gaming.
